Mr. Hsia is a corporate and securities lawyer who has practiced in London and New York. Mr. Hsia concentrates his practice on hedge funds and early-stage companies. He has significant experience in fund formation, joint ventures, securities offerings, cross-border transactions, mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance & counseling, and all aspects of private and public company representation, including ’34 Act filings, commercial contracts, partnerships and LLC operating agreements, technology licenses and employment and executive compensation agreements.

His clients have included investors, entrepreneurs, senior executives, traders and technologists, creative and financial professionals, family offices, Fortune 500 companies, start-ups and service businesses, domestic and foreign.

Mr. Hsia has been active in civic and charitable activities: serving on the board of directors of Opening Act New York and the Brown Club in New York and on the advisory panel to Summation Dance. He served as a volunteer and co-director of Asian Professional Extension’s SAT enrichment program. Mr. Hsia also served on the Lincoln Center Taskforce on Online Initiatives and the Lincoln Center Taskforce on Arts & Medicine.
