Mr. Mann is a corporate, commercial and employment lawyer who has practiced in Boston, New York and Seoul, Korea. He has a broad range of law firm and in-house experience, including representing clients in matters relating to start-ups, cross-border transactions, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, commercial contracts, corporate governance, and employment agreements.
He provides legal advice to a wide variety of businesses (including many non-profit corporations) as their corporate counsel or outside general counsel. Mr. Mann has a special focus on advising companies in the following sectors: bitcoin, recruiting and staffing, consulting, and venture capital. He also has a special interest in cross-border deals that are connected with Brazil, Spain, South Korea and the U.K.
Mr. Mann is a dedicated athlete and advocate for sports. He was a member of the varsity track & field team at Stanford, and he was a Masters All American in track & field. He has completed numerous sprint distance triathlons and has recently become a passionate beach tennis player. He is a founding board member of the United States Capoeira Federation Ltd.
